It is always a struggle to get the most out of your Marketing team. You have to deal with a lot of different tasks and issues to get you and your team into a winning position. The thing is that we are all human and we tend to do things as we use to and as we think that our bosses and colleagues expects us to do things. We don´t spend time challenging ourselves with how to re-think and re-do the way we work. How come we don´t do that? Cause we´re lazy or just scared of what might come out of it?
